What is covered under your warranty?
Every Barefoot Spa is backed by a comprehensive warranty, covering 15 years on the shell structure, 5 years of replacement parts and 5 year of labor charges.
This warranty is honored by both Barefoot Spas and the authorized dealer from whom you purchased the unit.

Parts for your Barefoot Spa can be purchased directly from our parts department through our email submission form.

serial number when emailing. If you cannot locate this information, a digital picture of the spa and/or requested parts is often helpful.
How long will it take to receive my spa?
The time between purchase and delivery of your Barefoot spa will vary by circumstance. If your dealer has the item in stock, it may only be a few days before the
delivery is made. However, if your spa is a custom order you should allow 4-6 weeks for production and delivery time.
How much will it cost to run a Barefoot Spa?
Electrical costs to run a spa will fluctuate based on ambient temperature and usage. Generally, we estimate the cost of running a Barefoot spa to be about $1 per day.
Since our spas are well insulated, the largest electrical cost is usually attributable to running the pumps, not the heater.
Are Barefoot Spas difficult to maintain?
Maintaining a Barefoot Spa is a simple task that should take no longer than 10-15 minutes a week. You will need to check the water chemistry at least once per week,
and generally before you use the spa. We also recommend that you clean the filters with a garden hose every two weeks.
What will I need to install a Barefoot Spa?
Barefoot Spas require a dedicated 220V service that will need to be installed by a licensed electrician. (The Genesis and Gemini models can be run at 120V.)
Additionally, the spa needs a flat, level surface to rest upon.
